Once all components have been efficiently repaired and compiled together your gearbox is then prepped for reassembly. Once reassembled The Rademaker Gearbox is then coated in a high temperature coating and polymer to reduce vibration and overheating and is inspected one more time before being sent to our Quality Assurance division where it is filled with Royal Purple Testing oil and connected to a custom testing bench and ran on a light load for six hours to test for vibration analysis, overheating, and noise as well as any other abnormalities. Once your Gearbox passes these tests it is then certified with our 24 month warranty and prepped for shipping.
